Entry into this tournament constitutes acknowledgement and agreement
to this condition.
Please DO NOT call the Tournament Director and request an
exemption from Saturday
start as all teams will be expected to play Saturday Morning.

ENTRY & DEADLINE: Entry fees,
Entry Form, Online Rosters, and other information MUST be
submitted and received by your respective State Director no later
than Friday June 28, 2008
Late entries will NOT be accepted.
Entry Fee is $275.00 with payment made by Money Order, Cashiers
Check, or Cash ONLY.
Personal checks will NOT be accepted.
Entry fees MUST go through your State Director – NO EXCEPTIONS!
Under NO circumstances will a team be permitted to submit a roster at
the tournament site.
** ALL TEAMS MUST BE properly registered ONLINE with NSA
and their ROSTER MUST be ONLINE
with
ALL INFORMATION COMPLETE and CORRECT by the ENTRY DEADLINE
or the team will not be allowed to participate.
The roster will be FROZEN as of the Entry Deadline Date and remain so
until after the tournament is completed. **
State Directors should have a SIGNED copy of your team roster
on file. Please check with them if they need a copy.
FORMAT: Double Elimination
MANAGERS MEETING: One Hour before 1st game. Each player will
be required to have Government Issue Picture ID with them at all times.
ROSTER CHECK IN: One Hour before 1st game
Bring Entire Team, Roster Check with Driver's
License or Government Issue Picture ID will be done at this time.
YOUR STATE DIRECTOR
must submit/approve Rosters to be used at the tournament site.
Roster checks will be conducted prior to team's first game.
Each player will be required to have GOVERNMENT ISSUE PICTURE ID with them
at all times.
Names will NOT be added to any roster at the
tournament site.
Wrist bands will be secured on each legal player and must
be worn during entire tournament.
If player loses band then they must be rechecked with their Drivers License
- government issue photo ID.
No Driver's License or government issue photo ID, no band - no play.
Additional roster checks may be conducted at any time during the tournament.
FIRST GAME TIME/TOURNAMENT DRAW: 8:00am
GAMES: It is required that all teams be AT THE FIELD,
READY TO PLAY - 1/2 HOUR PRIOR TO
SCHEDULED GAME TIME. GAMES MAY BEGIN UP TO THIRTY (30) MINUTES
EARLY IF FIELD IS OPEN.
SOFTBALLS: Decker 44cor 400 compression
BATS: Only NSA approved bats will be allowed. Check
the National Website for a complete

Please check bats by Manufacturer - Model NUMBER and NAME, if a
bat is not posted on
the approved list, it will NOT be allowed. **
Note: It is the coaches/players'
responsibility
to check their bat(s) to the list prior to bringing them into play.
You may contact the
manufacturer to inquire on the status of an unlisted bat.
PROTEST: There will be a $75.00 CASH ONLY protest fee. If
protest is allowed, the fee will be refunded.
CONDITIONS: The tournament committee reserves the right to
rule on matters as they may occur,
including any deemed necessary to complete the tournament. This includes
changing the tournament
format, due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, etc.). The committee
assumes that all players are
competing at their own risk and will not be liable for accidents or
injuries. Entry in to this tournament
constitutes agreement of these conditions.
UNIFORMS: To be in strict accordance with NSA team dress
code. NO METAL or Metal Tipped CLEATS!
PLAYING RULES: NSA rules will govern all play in strict
accordance with the NSA Rule Book.

NOTICE: It is the responsibility of the Coach/Manager
and/or Sponsor for knowing the NSA rules and bylaws.
Ignorance of an NSA rule or bylaw does not negate the penalty.
Entry in to any NSA tournament constitutes acknowledgement and agreement
to all rules and bylaws of NSA,
including the refund policy. There are NO entry refunds after the
entry deadline.

If the tournament dates include a Friday Date, the team understands
the Tournament MAY BEGIN
ON FRIDAY, and that THE TEAM MAY BE REQUIRED TO PLAY ON FRIDAY.
Entry in to this tournament constitutes acknowledgement and agreement to
these conditions.
NOTE: ANY Team found with illegal, ineligible, suspended
player(s) or teams that have not met the
NSA Qualifying procedures will be immediately disqualified and removed
from the tournament. Teams will
be removed without refund to their entry fee, and without reimbursement
for any travel expenses or any other
fees incurred by the team, spectators or sponsors. The team, coach and
player(s) can be suspended from NSA.
HOME RUN RULE: TWO (2) with one UP
ADMISSION: $7 car, $25 RV
AWARDS: Individual & team sponsor awards will be given in
accordance with NSA Rules.
Berths & Travel $: First Place team from this event will
advance to the NSA Men's "C" Super World Series
that will be played in St. Louis, MO on October 3-5, 2008.
This berth is an unpaid berth, and the team
MUST participate in EITHER the State, Super Regional or
World Series to validate the Super Berth.
The First Place team will receive Travel Money based on $50 per team in NIT
tournament
with a maximum of $1250.00. The entry fee of $300.00 for the Super
World Series must be
submitted DIRECTLY to THE SUPER WORLD
COORDINATOR, WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS of the completion
of the NIT to retain the berth and travel money.
Failure to submit the entry fee & proper paperwork by the deadline listed
above will result in the team
losing the berth and travel monies won. The berth will then be passed to
the next highest finisher.

Note: NIT's with 16 or more teams participating
will have a SECOND, Unpaid Super
World Series berth awarded. The second berth would be awarded with NO
TRAVEL money and
the team MUST participate in their State, Super Regional or
World Series to validate the berth.

NSA "C" World Series that will be
